What is PYHO?
Pour Your Heart Out (PYHO) is a community-based initiative dedicated to promoting mental health and well-being. We conduct support group sessions for anxiety, grief, depression or stress-related issues.
Coming soon: Our new Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) curriculum, thoughtfully developed for students ages 5 through 18, will be released in the upcoming months.
What are PYHO Sessions?
PYHO Sessions offer a safe, confidential space where people can share their experiences with anxiety, grief, depression, stress, or other mental health-related issues.
We also conduct workshops to promote workplace harmony and stress management.
These sessions focus on sharing, listening, empathising, and coping. They are led by an experienced Psychologist who has worked with children, teachers, parents, and led a team of Psychologists for almost a decade.
