
After almost a decade as a Psychologist, working with students, parents, and teachers, I realised we all need one thing above everything: a truly safe space to let our hearts speak without judgement.
That’s why I created Pour Your Heart Out. A warm community where you can finally say, “This is what I’m feeling right now,” and feel truly heard.
I’ve designed SEL programs, trained numerous parents and teachers, and led a team of Psychologists, but this feels different. This is a place where you and your messy or beautiful, heavy or light feelings finally find a home.

I’ve always been curious about the human mind – why we feel what we feel, and how we can support one another better. This is what led me to study a Master’s in Psychology and Neuroscience at King’s College London.
Over the years, I’ve worked as a Psychologist, designing and implementing SEL programs that support emotional growth, self-awareness, and well-being. Today, I work as a Well-being and Mental Health Lead.
I’m passionate about mental health, which is why PYHO feels so close to my heart. I love being part of a space where people can show up as they are, speak freely, and feel truly heard.
